Stop googling and start progressing…

For women who show up to the gym every week but know their nutrition, training and routine aren't where they need to be 🔥

Watch this to find out more👇🏻

You train 5 days a week, meal prep when you can, and you genuinely enjoy being in the gym.

From the outside, It looks like you've got the fitness thing down.

But honestly?

You're not sure any of it is actually working 😶

You eat porridge and nutella every morning, but you have a feeling it's not doing much for you, and you don't really know what to swap it for…

You have Googled "high protein meals" more times than you can count and closed the tab every time because 47 recipes came up and none of them used ingredients you actually had in the house.

You show up to the gym, you work hard, and get sweaty. But if someone asked you what your programme is building towards right now, you wouldn't have a clear answer. You just... do legs or upper body depending on how you feel and hope something changes.

It hasn't changed. Not in months.

You watch other girls train with confidence, following a plan on their phone, loading up the bar like they know exactly what they're doing… and you wonder what they know that you don't.

Your week looks something like this:

Monday and Tuesday you're dialled in. Meals prepped, gym sessions ticked off, everything feels under control. By Wednesday there's nothing left in the fridge and you're standing in the kitchen at 7pm with no plan. Thursday you order a Deliveroo and immediately feel annoyed at yourself for spending the money. Friday you tell yourself you'll reset over the weekend.

The weekend disappears. You do a food shop with no list and come home with three bags of crisps and no protein. By Sunday night you're lying in bed scrolling Instagram watching girls with their life together, thinking "I need to sort this out" … but you don't actually know what the first step is.

You've tried calorie counting and it made you miserable. You've tried eating "clean" and it lasted about 11 days. You've tried just training more but your body looks the same as it did 6 months ago.

You don't have a motivation problem. You're in the gym 5 times a week… clearly you're motivated.

You don’t just want to lose weight.

You want to walk into the gym knowing exactly what you're doing and why… not just picking exercises based on how you feel that day.

You want to eat in a way that actually supports your training without it feeling like a full-time job worth of mental load to figure out.

You want to stop the mid-week struggle where the fridge is empty, the plan falls apart, and you end up ordering food you didn't want to order.

You want to finally feel like your effort is going somewhere, like your body and your energy actually reflect how hard you're working.

You want someone to look at your life, your schedule, and your goals and just tell you what to do… clearly, specifically, and without the overwhelm.

Welcome to…
The Wellness Club

Built for women who already show up, and are ready to make it count.

Nobody has ever looked at your life, your schedule, your food, your training, and told you specifically what to do and why. Not a generic PDF. Not a recipe blog. Not a 12-week programme built for someone else. An actual plan designed around the way you live, the foods you'll eat, the goals you actually care about, and the time you've got.💪🏻

How it Works

This is not a training plan, meal plan, and it certainly isn’t a one-size-fits-all… generic online coaching service 😬

This is structured, phase-based one to one support where your training, nutrition, routine, mindset and lifestyle are designed around you and evolve in real time. You don’t follow a template. We build a system together, that changes how you live.

The average client journey at The Wellness Club coaching is 8 months, with a weight loss of 8-10kg and sustained lifestyle transformation forever.

  • Prepare your body, your routine & your mindset for fat loss.

This is where we build the foundation.

Before we change anything, we learn how you actually live. Your schedule, training history, food habits, what's working, and what's not.

Then we build your plan around that, not the other way around.

You'll get a training programme that fits your week, a nutrition structure that works with your life, and daily support from day one so nothing gets left to guesswork.

By the end of this stage you'll know exactly what to eat, your gym sessions will have a clear purpose, and the Sunday night panic will be gone because your week is already planned.

This stage takes on average 4 weeks.

  • Now we push to see some progress!!!

Your training intensity increases, calories are adjusted based on how your body is actually responding, and we check in every week to make sure everything's moving in the right direction.

This is where your physique starts to change, your strength goes up, and you stop wondering whether it's working because you can see it and feel it 💅🏻

The average client goes through 2 push phases that last 8-12 weeks.

  • This is where most support fails, but that isn’t our style.

The deficit is done, your results are there, and now we make sure they stay!

We adjust your training towards the goals you find really enjoyable, whether that's performance, strength, or just feeling good.

Your nutrition becomes flexible because you have built the structure which allows that. You eat out, you travel, you have weekends off, and none of it undoes what you built.

This is where it stops being a 'phase' and just becomes how you live 💖

I've been the girl who trained 5 days a week and still felt like she was guessing.

I've been the girl standing in the kitchen at 7pm with no plan.

I built this because I know exactly what it feels like to put in the effort and not see it pay off, and I know what it takes to fix that.

I don't teach you to try harder. You're already trying hard enough, I simply give you the plan that makes the effort actually work.

You have been doing this on your own for long enough, lets make it work…

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Signing up for this service will not automatically get you results. Your work, dedication and consistency will get your results. We just streamline the process to save you time, stress, and mental energy so you get the results in months, not years, with a fortified mindset, not a broken one.

  • Good. You love travel (so do we), and we hope you travel regularly forever. Working with us through holidays gives you the mindset shifts and scheduling tools to finally relax, switch off and enjoy your holiday without any dread about stepping on the scales when you get back home.

  • You're probably already spending 5+ hours a week in the gym and a few hours cooking and food shopping. We're not asking you to find more time, we're making the time you already spend actually count. Your training gets more effective, your meals get simpler, and the mental load of figuring it all out on your own disappears

  • The average client does 3x60 minute workouts per week, a purposeful 30 minute daily walk, 2 hours of meal planning and cooking, with 60 minutes of weekly planning and reflecting, which totals 9.5 hours per week.

We help you start small, realistic and build up within 1-4 weeks. If you’re not willing to adjust your lifestyle to spend 6-15 hours per week on self improvement then this may not be suitable for you.

You’re outsourcing all of the mental load so you can focus all of your energy on getting results and feeling good.

  • It probably will? You’ll have projects thrown at you last minute, holidays, social occasions, love, heartbreak and when you communicate effectively with your coach, they will provide support and advise you on where to spend your energy so you can stay consistent and protect your peace.

  • I get this, letting someone into your habits, routines and struggles can feel vulnerable. But nothing changes if you only show the highlight reel. This isn’t a space for judgement. It’s a space for progress. We don’t care where you’re starting, we care about where you’re going.
